How It All Started
Growing up in Asia, bubble tea was never a trend for us — it was a piece of home. A flavor woven into our everyday life, our memories, our identity.
When we came to Germany, we searched everywhere: for a shop that truly tasted right. Real tea, not powder. Craftsmanship, not mass production. We never found it.
So we built it ourselves.
In 2021, we opened the first TEA99 store in Hanau — real tea leaves, handmade Kuromitsu Boba prepared fresh every day, and a promise to ourselves: only the best, or nothing at all.
Today, we're in Hanau, Frankfurt, and Darmstadt. Multiple Lieferando Award winners. And still just as hungry as we were on day one.
TEA99 isn't just a shop — it's our story, our culture, our heart.
